Do I Need an Appointment?

Good news—you don't need an appointment! Most of our services cater to drive-up customers. Additionally, we offer home visits in select locations and can even come to your worksite. Whether you come to us or we come to you, we've got you covered!

How Long Does it Take?

A standard single chip repair usually takes 15 minutes or less. More complex damage or cracks may require approximately 20-25 minutes of attention. A Windshield Hero can let you know on the spot!

Are You Professionals or Certified?

We often delight customers by revealing that we're among the few glass businesses in North Dakota certified for windshield repair. We're committed to setting higher standards right here in North Dakota.

Do You Replace Windshields?

Unfortunately, we do not replace windshields. Much like specialists in medicine, we are the go to specialists in windshield repair. We dedicate all our focus, training, and certifications exclusively to repairs!

Will My Repair Spread?

Great news! We guarantee our repairs for the lifetime of your windshield. In the rare event—less than 0.01% chance—that a repair spreads, our Lifetime Warranty covers a complimentary re-repair when feasible. If a re-repair isn't possible, our expert technicians will issue a full refund for any chip repairs that fail. Please note, due to their unpredictable nature, crack repairs are excluded from refunds.

Why Are You Closed During Bad Weather?

Due to our weather-dependent business model, excessive rain, wind, or cold may occasionally prevent us from operating as usual. But don't worry—on most weather-affected days, we're still available for home visits. Just give us a call to check our availability and we'll make sure you're taken care of!
